Cork | Fire Kitchen is located at the Temecula Creek Inn which is a distinctive golf and wine country getaway in southern California's Temecula Valley. The resort offers 127 comfortable rooms and suites, Cork | Fire Kitchen, and 27-holes of championship golf.We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team! This person is responsible for preparing and serving artisan craft cocktails and beverages to restaurant guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner and to strictly comply with service standards established for the restaurant.- To be completely familiar with company beverage line, drink recipes, and prices.- To follow all specified procedures to correctly handle cash, including signing paid-out sheet for tips received; ringing all drinks through Micros before serving; maintaining adequate cash amount in bank; giving correct change for cash transactions, and accurately processing credit card vouchers. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required.- Must have minimum one year similar experience. Hotel experience preferred.- Musk know fundamentals of beverage mixing, inventory and pars, and glass types and uses, and have large drink recipe knowledge.- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.- Experience with Micros computer systems preferred.Please see the job description for more information.
