YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN HVAC PROJECT MANAGER - ESTIMATOR In this project management role, you have the important responsibility of overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. Your industry experience makes you the perfect person to compile accurate estimates for our commercial clients. When a client is ready to move forward, you review the job specifications and create a comprehensive project plan and detailed schedule. Highly organized, you quickly order the necessary materials and equipment to make sure the job is completed on time. Once the project is underway, you serve as a liaison between our clients and field crews, maintaining good channels of communication to keep everyone on the same page. As someone who is customer-oriented, you make yourself available to our clients when they have questions or concerns. With a commitment to our high standards of quality, you check in as projects progress to make certain the work aligns with the order specifications. When issues arise, you take an analytical approach to finding solutions. You take pride in seeing our projects come together, and you're pleased to be well-compensated for your efforts! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC PROJECT MANAGER - ESTIMATOR 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience Valid driver's license Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented?
