DAY TO DAY AS A SOLAR INSTALLATION PROJECT MANAGER In this project management position, you are at the front of the clean energy revolution. You skillfully lead multiple teams of technicians in installing solar panels and electrical systems for residential and commercial clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget. Setting each project up for success, you oversee job mobilization and ensure your team has all the necessary tools and materials. You diligently review project layouts as well as stay on top of all relevant OSHA requirements and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) regulations. Keeping this information in mind, you ensure all your team members closely follow the policies and procedures. When the job is done, you install a meter to measure the electrical system's performance before heading off to the next work site. You take pride in being a capable leader who keeps our company on the path to success! QUALIFICATIONS This isn't a job for a newbie; we're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and enjoys doing it. If you have an excellent work ethic, a strong attention to detail, and meet the following requirements, this could be the job for you! 2+ years of project management experience overseeing field crews Exceptional communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Certifications from OSHA or NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) would be greatly preferred but aren't required. WORK SCHEDULE This project management position typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch and some potential for overtime.
