QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the Major Responsibilities included the following Job descriptions: Able to perform all activities related to the following job descriptions. Wax molder Wax assembler Investing technician Casting Melter/technician Backend operator Straightening technician Visual Inspection Dimensional inspection Finishing area operator Works overtime as required. E xperience preferred in any area listed above, but not required. Full training will be supplied, as necessary. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, operating instructions, work instructions, customer supplied procedures, and routers. REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technique cards and or technical instructions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
