Pathlight is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Franklin County/Greenfield locations. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for overall recruitment of qualified applicants for the Residential Supports Division. This includes performing a variety of general recruitment duties to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified candidates. Use recruitment practices in compliance with organization policies and procedures and external regulations. HOURS: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Flexibility is needed to accommodate the occasional night and weekend coverage for job fairs and interviews. LOCATION : Ideal candidate should be flexible to work in the Greenfield, MA office. With occasional travel to the Springfield, MA office and occasionally work remote. Qualifications: Candidates should have knowledge of a specialized field such as recruitment, training in personnel principals, practices, and specific regulations involving a thorough skills knowledge and the application of basic theory, equal to two years of college. Computer knowledge and experience is required including Microsoft Office suite, internet, and recruitment databases. Ability to navigate word processing and spreadsheet management. Over 3 years of applicable practices and procedures experience. Experience with sourcing, interviewing and reference checks. Familiar with employment regulations. Requires travel, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation/vehicle. Payrate: $17.12 per hour.
