Brothers Outdoor World is currently hiring for a full-time Landscaping / Construction Supervisor to oversee the on-site aspects of various outdoor construction projects in the Jackson, MI area. DAY-TO-DAY In this general labor position, you manage the execution of outdoor construction projects by planning labor, equipment, material delivery, and scheduling requirements. To guarantee jobs are completed within project deadlines, you assist your team with constructing quality outdoor projects. You appropriately delegate assignments and enforce our standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety. Each day you perform tool maintenance and submit required paperwork. You also assist with hiring new team members and adequately training them. You take great pride in managing our crew and keeping everyone safe and productive !
