Our focus is to provide technology solutions that simplify the lives of our clients. We are currently accepting resumes for an AV - Security - Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for the coordination / implementation of all project sales and service, can follow SOP procedures and utilize resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position will have office and field responsibilities and will manage all service and implementation of all division work. Main Job Task and Responsibilities: Ability to manage teams of employees. Provide in house and field installation training Ability to work with electronics, alarm systems, audio video system, routers, networking, and WiFi Manage daily phone calls, email and general correspondence for new projects and existing clients Helps assign and monitor clerical and administrative responsibilities or tasks among staff as it pertains to projects. Coordinate all project activities Assigns project task and assignments Monitors project schedule and projects daily Helps with project equipment ordering and receiving General service scheduling and other event coordination, warranty or billable Review / Submit Client Service Work Orders for billing via PSA Tools Monitor Daily Alarm & Automation Reports - Schedules necessary work accordingly Project Management Manage Life cycle of client project Help prepare sales proposals and correspondence as necessary Visit job sites to ensure progress, quality, and maintain schedule Assist in other project work as needed Document change orders and additional billing Participate in client trainings and project handoff process Special Projects & other duties as assigned Key Competencies excels with people and communication expert with computers and electronics problem analysis and assessment judgment and problem solving demonstrates good decision-making skills demonstrates good planning and organizing skills demonstrates good work and time management skills attention to detail and high level of accuracy delegation of authority and responsibility information gathering and monitoring initiative integrity stress tolerance adaptability teamwork and collaboration loves the technology and electronic industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology / or equivalent work experience and two years project management / service experience preferred.
