Molo Lubricants, a division of Molo Petroleum, LLC, is seeking to add to our route driver pool for our Eldridge, Iowa location. This is also a warehouse job as well, stocking product and loading on the truck. For the driving portion, the highly preferable candidate will possess a current Commercial Driver's License with a Hazmat endorsement (if you don't have Hazmat you will be required to get it before hire). You will safely operate a commercial vehicle (Semi Tractor/Trailer) to deliver bulk petroleum products to our lubricant customers. No overnights and very limited weekend work! Here's the complete job description: Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks using safety equipment provided. Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles. Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions - including GPS if applicable. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations. Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). At least one year of commercial driving experience with semi experience. Lube/Hazmat driving experience highly desired. Warehouse experience required. Applicants must already possess a current CDL Class A. No Class Bs. Must have semi experience as well. Current Hazmat is preferred - you will need to have it before we hire you.
