Baggett Heating & Cooling of Clarksville, TN is seeking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC Installation Technician to interact with clients while installing quality HVAC systems. Are you an HVAC Installer looking for an amazing HVAC opportunity? If yes, keep reading! Our Installers earn a competitive hourly wage beginning at $20/hour, based on experience and applicable skills, plus spiffs for additional sales. You would also be eligible for excellent benefits including paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), paid vacation up to 2 weeks, company-paid supplemental insurance, retirement savings account, tool account, and opportunities for extra income. The typical work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm , although we work late when the job requires it. Once our Residential HVAC Installers meet the qualifications (typically within 3-6 months), they will be included on the on-call, after-hours rotation . The rotation is one week Friday afternoon to Friday morning and pays an additional $100 flat fee. We also have additional hours and overtime as required, and i t is typical to earn overtime during our peak season , May to August. If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, apply today!
