Ductmasters is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our Weston, FL customers, to work closely with homeowners, listen to their wants and needs, and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs. We offer this vital role $50,000-$100,000/year that is made up of base pay plus commissions and you would be eligible for fantastic benefits that include 401K, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays and sick time, a company vehicle, and continuous opportunities for growth! Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers. QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education or equivalent Driver's license and clean driving record Can pass a background check Sales experience is preferred, but not required Are you self-motivated and able to work independently?
