Sayres is seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst with a current SECRET clearance or ability to obtain in Washington, DC . This position is eligible for a Hybrid telework work environment. This position would be responsible for the collection, analysis and manipulation of data and information curated from disparate sources in support of a major Navy acquisition shipbuilding program. Candidate will report directly to the contract Program Manager and will play a key role in ensuring contract execution success through conversion of organic ship construction and Navy program office data into briefs, reports and we-based platforms using a variety of software applications. Tasks: Access proprietary databases, gather data and information from array of original sources. Collate, analyze data and populate/update user-friendly charts, graphs and web-based tools. Develop metrics reports, providing statistical analysis and present original source data in concise, coherent end-user format. Develop relational databases and data repositories to efficiently store and parse data. Use shipbuilding and program related data and information to develop scheduling tools (i.e. Integrated Master Schedule) using MS Project. Minimum Qualifications (Required): Associates degree Min 5 years experience with managing data and databases. Fluent with MS Office applications. Some experience with MS Project. Able to develop GUI tools for end-users with MS software applications. Customer service oriented, experience with interfacing and communicating. with senior level decision-makers. Qualifications (Preferred): Secret clearance Bachelors degree Experience with military (active duty) or DoD contractor MS Project certification Database training and certifications Contingent position.
