J&J Truck Equipment We have multiple positions available for a vehicle upfit mechanic. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of the vehicle and/or mechanical systems. Able to use hand tools and essential equipment to locate and install components where required. The position consists of the installation of items such as aftermarket truck bodies, lighting, warning systems, air compressors, hydraulic systems, snow removal equipment, etc., and possible repair of such items. More advanced training will be available both on the job and through select vendors to the right candidate. Welding skills are a plus but not necessary.
