DirectViz Solutions, (DVS) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic services that meet mission IT needs for government customers. DVS is sourcing for a Program Manager for a new opportunity. This position is based in San Diego, CA and requires an active Secret clearance. Program Manager: The Program Manager will oversee approximately 25 contractor personnel performing on this task order. This includes organizing and overseeing all staffing, tasking, and performance activities, to ensure correct and timely delivery of all required services. The PM will oversee personnel on- and off-boarding, workforce competency, supervising personnel, and communicating policies, goals and objectives of the organization to subordinates. The PM will have continued and current cognizance of task order cost, schedule, technical performance, as well as issues and risks. Will maintain frequent and effective communication with government stakeholders and customers by participating in program /project meetings, reviews, working groups, control boards, and technical discussions as directed by the government. The PM will provide analytical and administrative support to government personnel. This includes but is not limited to developing and managing project plans, providing meeting support, and maintaining relevant and up to date data on Command Wikis and blogs. The PM will prepare reports and presentations, maintain/track action items, and take meeting minutes as required. Will assist in defining and establishing policies and best practices for maintaining network and team operations. The PM will ensure all applicable work performed on this task order is entered into the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite identified by the government. The PM will leverage ITSM capabilities to maintain visibility into and performance of tasking. This includes, but is not limited to tracking task progress, ensuring continuity of services, customer satisfaction, and that work is performed completely and on time. The PM will use these ITSM capabilities to identify and resolve gaps in resources or areas that are over resourced using empirical data gathered in the ITSM process. Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in STEM or an Information Technology (IT) related field and at least five (5) years of experience with Government/DOD/Navy contract/task management -At least five (5) years of experience in managing all aspects of complex projects and the technical, customer, and personnel issues involved. -Experience with supervising program/project operations by reviewing and developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of technical, programming and other issues Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
