Residential Shift Manager - Full Time Up to $42,640/yr. Mercer County, NJ Who We Need : We are looking for Full Time Shift Managers to join our Residential Team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What We Need: Direct Support Professional that can provide supervision within the group home by providing coaching, feedback, and guidance Assist staff in achieving the highest standards of excellence each day Someone with a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities To assist with daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities, and community involvement, as well as personal hygiene Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation Accompany individuals to and from appointments High School Diploma/GED required Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years) Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
