Job Description: We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our growing Inside Sales team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will contact company-generated leads using various outbound methods. You will expand the company through these efforts and provide strategic sales recommendations to meet new customers' needs. What We Offer: $52000 - $65000 + per year (including base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses) $16 / hour base pay Uncapped commissions Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) A state-of-the-art workout facility with locker rooms and sauna Coca-Cola free soda machine NBA regulation-size indoor basketball court Pool table Variety of full-time, in-office schedules available between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (all Sundays off) Sales incentives, such as swag, clothing, gift cards, and company-paid vacations Opportunities for growth, leadership, and mentorship Qualifications: 6+ months of sales experience OR 3+ months of door-to-door experience Dynamic : You are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Interpersonal skills : You are charismatic, have excellent communication skills, and can connect with others easily while building value in company services Work ethic : You are persistent, disciplined, and have a reliable work ethic Bonus : You have previous phone sales experience What to Expect: You will receive inbound calls from company-generated leads and provide strategic recommendations You will support and collaborate with potential customers to find solutions to their pest control needs and build value in Saela's services You will follow up with leads as necessary using various platforms You will receive weekly mentoring from senior sales representatives and managers to support you in developing your sales skills and achieving your personal goals Company Description: Saela is a Utah-based company that excels in pest control service and creating a happier tomorrow for all.
