Position Summary :As a Technical Project Manager for LTN Global's Core Network team, you will manage the full lifecycle of critical development and infrastructure projects. You will work in collaboration with LTN product managers, scientists, and engineers to create the Internet based infrastructure for live video workflows and transport. Essential Duties/Responsibilities : Manage software development projects through the entire project lifecycle Define the technical scope and milestones, assure features, functionality and performance metrics requirements are defined and take ownership of project documentation Effectively align stakeholders, development, engineering, and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on facilitating collaboration, planning and coordination Work with various sized, diverse, and geographically distributed project teams and ensure a healthy environment and culture of transparency and collaboration Manage project progress, highlight any risk proactively and ensure a risk mitigation plan in place, identify and remove bottlenecks before they cause scheduling delays, and drive our projects to success with a solution-oriented mindset Ensure the scope is defined and managed iteratively per sprint, set realistic time estimates and evaluate team's capabilities and availability Ensure timely communication of project updates, timelines, and any roadblocks in the form of status reports Optimize and improve project management and project delivery processes and overall approach Requirements : B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics or related fields Hands-on experience as a project manager, software architect or lead engineer Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Project management methodology and techniques, development, QA, and operational deployment Comfortable to deep dive and understand technical details Strong situational analysis, decision making abilities and relationship management with key stakeholders across the organization Excellent communication skills with the capability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiences Comfortable writing technical documentation Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US Additional Preferred Qualifications : Previous exposure to video technologies, networking technologies and cloud technologies.
