Stark Tech is looking for a full time, Service Administrator in Tonawanda, NY! This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our service department. We are looking for a team player with strong customer service and computer skills! How are you successful in this role? The Service Administrator m aintains customer accounts, work orders, service jobs, and back-up folders. Assists management with timesheets for field employees, ensuring job type and category are accurate. Scans and files PO's and packing slips for service/equipment purchases and material sales. Bills customers for monthly service agreements and work orders. Follows up on open work orders and repairs. Sets up warranty systems when applicable. Manages all job data, including labor and material costs. Work with Marketing Team to order Company branded clothing for field employees. What are we looking for? Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 2 years of related experience required. Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC/building controls/construction industry is essential. Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Can multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Must be knowledgeable of general financial accounting and cost accounting. Highly proficient with accounting software. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills Highly detail orientated. Who are we?
