HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Order Fulfillment Coordinator. The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is a key member of the Delivery team who ensures our customers receive their delivery orders on time and in full, every time. This person will work closely with the Lumberyard Manager and be in communication with our customers and owner-employees to ensure that all deliveries are fulfilled completely. The Order Fulfilment Coordinator will step in when and where he/she is needed to help the team - whether it be optimizing workflow or getting on a forklift to pull an order. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone that is ready to be the hero they need! The typical schedule is generally Monday-Friday and some weekends required . QUALIFICATIONS Previous administrative/clerical work experience is desirable Requires excellent customer service skills Knowledge of roads and routes on the island preferred Intermediate computer skills Ability to lift 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
