Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Project Management Office, the Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Role and Responsibilities: Partners with the Manager, Project Management Office to support timely and concise communication internally and externally. Maintains ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation of resources to promote team awareness. Monitors projects and programs to ensure contractual obligations are met and completed, communicating to the Manager, Project Management Office when barriers or risks are identified. Trains on products and workflows efficiently and effectively, using and designing best practices. Supports technical and non-technical program implementations through documentation, training, and education. Supports third party vendor and partner relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met and completed. Acts as subject matter expert for communication, documentation, technology, and current Network programs. Develops and modifies training material, keeping it current and contextually relevant. Facilitates education sessions, both internally and externally, applicable to the role. Schedules and coordinates training sessions, meetings, and workgroups. Facilitates communication and conflict resolution functions. Promotes best practice workflows by end users and identifies barriers to utilization of them. Maintains a continuous mindset towards efficiency and continuous improvement. Represents the organization professionally, supports the mission, goals, and objectives, participate as a 'team player", constantly supporting other team members, sets an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements : Associate degree or equivalent experience required. (Bachelor's degree a plus.) 1-2 years' experience in healthcare preferred. Experience in project management and product development preferred. Strong client focus. Value relationships; demonstrate professional respect and innovative mindset. Confident working with varying types of heath care professionals. 2 Passionate about your work and move forward with purpose; demonstrate clear value and support of your Provider Groups and internal teams. Approach problem solving that involves systems thinking, understanding how the process works and how people are impacted by your decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills and understanding the need for being inclusive for effective results; communicate effectively with both day-to-day operational resources and executive management. Understand sense of urgency and fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills. Solutions oriented, collaborating with the Manager, Project Management Office, and key stakeholders to promote shared consciousness. Willingness and ability to attend after hour business meetings as needed. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software and applications.
