Service Coordinator SALARY: $4,497.00/ Month - Plus Excellent Benefits CLOSING: Open Until Filled DEPARTMENT: CDDP WORK LOCATION: This is NOT a remote position and work will be fully onsite. Description: The Services Coordinator coordinates and provides services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities through case management and coordination of services. Service coordination includes identifying, assessing, collaborating, and monitoring the delivery of services and support required by persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families to ensure health and safety, personal choice, and community inclusion as outlined in OAR 411.320, 411.415, and 411.425. Able to travel to meetings, training, and conferences within Umatilla County and the State of Oregon. Must participate in 20 hours per year of State of Oregon-sponsored training or other training in the areas of intellectual or developmental disabilities. Must demonstrate the ability to act on personal initiative using sound judgment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Must know the public service system for developmental disabilities services in Oregon and at least: A bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science, or a closely related field; or A bachelor's degree in any field and one year of human service-related experience, such as work assisting individuals and groups with issues such as economic disadvantages, employment, abuse and neglect, substance abuse, aging, disabilities, prevention, health, cultural competencies or housing; or An associate degree in behavior science, social science, or a closely related field and two years of human services-related experience, such as work assisting individuals and groups with issues such as economic disadvantages, employment, abuse, and neglect, substance abuse, aging, disabilities, prevention, health, cultural competencies or housing; or Three years of experience working specifically with individuals/families identified as intellectually or developmentally disabled or an agency/provider who provides services directly to IDD individuals. And A valid Driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to pass local and state background checks.
