The Automotive Components Division of Windsor Mold Group is a full service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies, providing innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers. We offer a great work environment offering industry-competitive pay and benefits.We currently have an opening at our Precision Automotive Plastics facility in Bellevue, Ohio for a Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate is a team-player with strong communication and organizational skills and would be responsible for the following: Lead HR policy and procedure communication & implementation to ensure consistency and adherence. Develop & manage employee benefits, insurance, COBRA, unemployment, and Worker's Compensation. Develop, coordinate, and implement workplace initiatives to increase safety, quality, and productivity. Direct development & implementation of training programs to improve work force and maintain consistency within operations and corporation. Coordinate hourly pay-per-performance wage administration with plant operations and HR functions to ensure consistency. Manage any potential litigation cases with recommendation of legal counsel and senior management. Review and mediate disciplinary investigations with appropriate plant HR and management functions. Implement and coordinate succession planning development actions as necessary. Maintain and update regulatory compliance as required. Demonstrate community relations by involvement in local activities. Manage and maintain Workers' Compensation system. (NOTE: Must attend monthly external Safety Committee meetings, and must attend one BWC approved seminar annually to ensure discount of premiums.) Ensure performance goals are met for Management Review metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/diploma from college or university in Human Resources or Business Administration; five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
