Description Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is seeking a Writer to provide comprehensive strategic communications enterprise management support services to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Warrior Care and Transition (DCS, WCT) in support of the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCTP). Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K, Spot bonuses, AD&D/Life Insurance, PTO, Mental Health PTO, Birthday PTO, Housing Incentive Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive) Identify and support the subsequent utilization of new technology specific to identified stakeholder groups to proliferate comprehensive, timely and accurate information. Ensure content across all platforms remains consistent with organization communication strategy. Ability to write for multiple media platforms, interview subjects on a wide range of topics relative to the ARCP. Evaluate, update, and distribute, government approved, WCT program materials to reflect program leadership direction and newly established branding concepts to include: newsletters, fact sheets, brochures and other materials deemed necessary. Support the development and publication of content by through articles, still photography, videography, and emerging social media tools. Edit, write, and/or rewrite technical articles, publications, presentations, and other materials to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences Ability to discover novel stories and interview subjects. Assist with the development and publication of compelling, persuasive, audience-tailored content. Utilization of multi-media tools and techniques for effective use of national and international media interest during high-profile adaptive reconditioning events. Conceptualize and create new materials as new program missions arise such as Army Trials, Warrior Games, Invictus, and, Warrior Care Month to include smaller events that highlight career and education outreach, advocacy awareness events, and other events as needed. Evaluates internal procedures, establishes, implements and documents processes that support the continuous improvement of sound business practices. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or Communications. Understanding of applicable Government and/or industry standards. Expertise in various forms of content development such as writing for features, creative, public information, briefings, and social media, with the ability to ensure content across all platforms remains consistent with organizational communication strategy. Experience 4+ years of experience.
