YOUR LIFE AS A GOLF STORE RETAIL ASSOCIATE This full-time sales position with our hospitality team works a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays . As a Golf Store Retail Associate with our hospitality team, you are responsible for acquiring in-depth product knowledge to enhance the personal shopping experience for each guest. You provide prompt and efficient service to members at all times, whether it be over the phone, through email, or in person. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you greet shoppers as they enter the store and answer any questions about golf operations that they may have. When the shop receives special orders, you promptly enter them into our system as well as contact local representatives or vendor portals if needed. In addition, you aid in planning special events and promotional sales as well as posting signage and markdowns. You help keep track of our inventory and assist with receiving new merchandise, which includes tagging, hanging, folding, and building displays to integrate the new merchandise into our shop. Through communication with our buyers, you develop buying plans for each upcoming season and browse through item selections. You also assist with sales reports and budgets to ensure our finances are in good shape. When needed, you help keep our store clean by performing tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and wiping counters. Our shop is always in good shape under your watch, and our customers always leave satisfied because of your exceptional customer service skills.
