Dietary Supervisor-Food Services Maria Regina Residence, located in Brentwood, NY on Long Island, is seeking a Part Time & Full Time Dietary Supervisor to join our food services team in our skilled nursing facility. A vital and important part of the team you will provide necessary supervision in our Dietary to keep the residents' daily meal service running smoothly- essential to the residents' health, happiness & wellbeing. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of the dietary workers, in the assembly and delivery of resident meals services, and maintaining the high standards and delivery of quality care and services Maria Regina Residence is known for. Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent ServSafe certification; Dietary Manager's 120-hour course certification a plus Some formal and/or on the job training in food production and/or quantity cooking At least one year of supervisory experience Knowledge of Gerimenu a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written forms Prior experience in a health care/nursing home setting a plus Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Job Posted by ApplicantPro
