We are a full-service, high quality extended stay luxury 55+ community RV park, and we are located near many exciting attractions in Zephyrhills - Dade City. Our community is a gated seasonal RV Park. About the Job: We are looking for talented candidates who are maintenance pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Property Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Director and will be responsible for the Maintenance Supervisor at our Morningside RV Estates community. Key Responsibilities: You must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve and multitask across various fields such as mechanical work, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, along with landscaping. You will be responsible for maintaining our property to company expectations. As maintenance supervisor you may need to assist property issues on an on-call basis Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management. Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, maintain the maintenance area, including painting. Mowing, weeding, and edging Work on special projects as requested. Required Skills/Abilities: A sense of energy, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility. Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done. Able to work outdoors year-round. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility. At least 3 years of maintenance experience across the trades required. At least 1 year of supervisor experience. Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment. Highschool graduate or GED required. Must be within commuting distance to the park and have reliable transportation. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Benefits : 401K Program . After one year and 1,000 consecutive employment hours, you will become eligible to participate in the established 401K plan with a 3% company paid match on all pre-tax employee contributions. Required work hours, as indicated above, must be maintained to remain eligible. You will be eligible for [10] days (80 hrs.) of PTO (Paid-Time-Off) per calendar year, which is the accrual rate of 0.83 days per month and is pro-rated during your first year of employment. PTO is designed to include vacation, sick and personal time. Any accrued but unused PTO balance cannot be carried over from one calendar year to the following calendar year. Company-Paid Holidays . Please refer to Company's Public Holiday Schedule for your reference. Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans are available after 60 days of employment, first of the month. Schedule : 8-hour shift and weekend availability Reliably transportation. Compensation: Pay Rate is $35,000 to $42,000 annually | Commensurate with experience.
