Telecommunications Enterprise Account Executive II

Job Overview This position is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve quotas, playing a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Responsibilities Achieve a sales quota of $2000 per month Cold call, prospect, schedule appointments and develop relationships at potential customer locations Contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts, networking and referrals to obtain appointments Make sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information and discuss viable voice and data solutions Design a tailored, cost-effective telecommunications solution for the business client Prepare and present the solution in a professional manner Continually self-educate to maintain a broad knowledge of telecommunications solutions, products and services Maintain relationships with contacts and lead sources Maintain the sales database for new and existing customers Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual detailed reports as required Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline Experience 3+ year experience in direct or indirect sales Experience in account management and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Knowledge Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products/services Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service - includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards and evaluation of customer satisfaction Intermediate computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Skills Active listening Persuasion and social perceptiveness - being aware of others' reactions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Abilities Inductive/deductive reasoning Problem sensitivity - being situationally aware; ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and proactively respond Competencies Collaborates Communicates Effectively Decision Quality Drives Results Plans & Aligns WHY CLEAR RATE?
