We are located in a prime location in the middle of Guilderland NY..Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success and possess strong leadership skills. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the continued success and growth of the agency. Most leads come from the Lia Auto Group, with sales of over 30,000 vehicles a year and service centers that service hundreds of thousands of customer vehicles annually. Having enough leads for you and your team is not a problem. Our list of quality carriers we can place business with will make helping customers find the right fit for them extremely rewarding. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Hiring, Training, Staff Development New Business Sales in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Managing Leads Relationship Management Requirements: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License Minimum 3 years independent agency experience with a wide range of personal lines policies Management Experience a plus Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products Employee Benefits Include: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage 401K with employer match Paid vacation and personal time Base salary plus commission Visit www.liainsuranceagency.com to apply
