Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for an individual who will provide exceptional service, answer questions related to products and services through various channels, such as phone, chat, email, and video chat. Digital Service Representatives assist in all areas related to member service, payments and digital services, identifying cross-sell and opportunities with every interaction. The ideal candidate for the Digital Service Representative ( Contact / Call Center Representative ) role will be eager to learn, have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for understanding and utilizing new technologies. Some of the things we look for are: Spectacular customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system with ease. Willing and able to communicate with members via phone, chat, email and video chat. CTCU is the place for you!
