Responsibilities: A Client Data Management Associate is responsible for updating various pieces of information associated with a participant's account: social security numbers, DOB, Name Changes, Address and Bank Information. CDMS Associates add/update Power of Attorney and authorized user information CDMS Associates will research various data bases to ensure that we have the most recent and accurate information regarding a participant's account. Qualifications: Strong typing and ten key skills. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess general computer knowledge (data entry) 1-2 years prior office services related experience. Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion. Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur. Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
