Physical Therapist - PRN Due to growth, Care IV Home Health Hot Springs is now hiring a Physical Therapist for home health visits on a flexible PRN basis. Medical, dental and vision plans now available for PRN staff! Lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan available, regardless of how many hours you work. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities Patient admits and discharges Create and follow physical therapy plans Performing PT Documenting / charting patient progress Updating the Therapy Director on patient status, etc. Other physical therapy duties as assigned Required experience: Physical Therapist that is actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas Previous PT experience (6 months minimum) Home Health physical therapy a plus As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations) Apply online today!
