What do I need as a Human Resources Intern with McGregor? Declared Human Resources as a major and am interested in a career in Human Resources. Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). A self-starter and have the ability to work without direct supervision. Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What will I do as a Human Resources Intern with McGregor? Assist in the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process for new hires. Assist with the new hire orientation. Collaborate and provide administrative assistance to the human resources team on projects in general human resources management McGregor is perfectly situated on a picturesque 45-acre estate, overlooking downtown Cleveland with a view of Lake Erie in the distance.
