We offer amazing benefits which includes: medical, dental, vision, free telehealth, wellness incentive that pays you money each check, vacation pay, holiday pay, incredible 401k match, profit sharing, paid parental leave, weekly payroll.DUTIES:• Visualizes and implements the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values• Responsible for oil changes, fueling, and lubrication of equipment• Responsible to assist in maintenance of equipment and record keeping• Coordinate and communicate needed repairs on equipment• Responsible for safe operation and securing equipment• Maintain tools as required to perform job• Ensure a safe and healthful work environment at all times• Assist in the shops performing various duties• Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record. Knowledge of crushing equipment and familiar with associated components. Heavy equipment experience. Metal working experience preferred. Previous experience required. Attention and commitment to safety. Ability to move at least 50 pounds. Ability to follow directions with minimal or no supervision.
