Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales / Account Manager Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime Pay Scale: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings up to $100K + We have an exciting opportunity for a professional salesperson to join our team! The Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson / Account Manager will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales. What you will be doing: To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background check and drug screen 2 years of B2B sales experience Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans Strong Sales aptitude Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients Strong Computer Skills Ability to multi-task Extremely organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects Time and activity management skills Ability to climb a ladder Check us out online: www.amberheatingandair.com B2B Sales, Commercial HVAC, Sales, Maintenence Sales, Service Sales, Commercial Sales
