To learn more about our culture, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Clerk is to ensure Accounts Receivables are processed accurately and on a timely basis. This role is a contract role for 3 months. Responsibilities: Downloading invoices from payroll systems and cash receipts from banking systems. Formatting data for uploads. Uploading data to GL and settle transactions. Reconciling reports to ensure accuracy and completion. Report out on outstanding balances and any issues. Assist with other Accounting related matters and escalations. Requirements & Qualifications: 2+ years of prior AP/AR experience is required. Organization / Planning - able to multi-task - to deal with urgent client matters while also completing routine monthly activities. Integrity - demonstrate fiscal responsibility over Company assets. Independence - able to effectively work independently. Team player - prioritize team needs and goals / willing to dive in as necessary. Resourcefulness / Initiative - able to propose solutions as issues arise.
