Marketing & Communications Coordinator As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will support the Marketing and Communications teams in company-wide initiatives to promote Precision Strip culture. You will also help align our branding and communication strategies across 15 locations. Every day as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will... Support the execution of strategic marketing and communications projects including: Design, and produce graphic art and visual materials Develop, prepare, and maintain presentations and documents Participate in projects involving other departments to support company-wide initiatives (associate recognition, engagement and appreciation, mailings, etc.) Support communication efforts in the creation and editing of content Plan, create and manage a range of content across multiple social media channels to build brand awareness Coordinate off-site meetings including venue communication, travel, lodging, and activities Lead and execute special event planning including annual associate events, company tours, career fairs, etc. Assist with the company's merchandise store, including the research and purchasing of promotional product To thrive in this role, you... Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products specifically PowerPoint and Excel PowerPoint - Slide Master, animation, templates Excel - Vlookup, Pivot tables and reporting, Conditional formatting Experience using the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Have 4-5 years of relevant work experience About Precision Strip As the nation's largest toll processor, Precision Strip strives to do the exceptional every day.
