Work Hours: M-F: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or M-F: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, or M-F: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Pay Scale : $18.00 - $21.00/hr DOE + Bonus Benefits : Health insurance paid 100% for the employee by the employer, 401K with company match, life insurance, dental and vision provided, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid birthday. Primary Job Function: To assist sales the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance. The Customer Service Associate will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.
