New Glarus Home is seeking Registered Nurse for 8 or 12 hour shifts!!! Based on experience RN's can earn up to $41.00 with differentials. New shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends! The New Glarus Home opened in 1966 as a nonprofit, federal and state licensed, 87 bed skilled nursing facility. We are looking to add an individual to our team that has strong communication skills, has the strong capacity for caring, empathy, as well as patient and detail oriented. The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to oversee care for all residents in accordance with all current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. ABOUT NEW GLARUS HOME New Glarus Home is a Retirement Community that offers Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Care, & Rehabilitation. We are faith-based and community driven. Our staff provides exceptional levels of care. We have been listed in US News & World Report on the list of top nursing homes and rehab facilities in the United States two years running. We are currently following all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines put into place by the CDC and Department of Health Services. Protocols in place may mean that the employee may be subject to regular screening and testing for COVID-19 and will need to wear personal protective equipment which is provided by the facility.
