This skilled nursing position based on experience can earn up to $31.00 with differentials . Ask us about our new shift differential structure for evenings, nights, and weekends. We offer the following: Sign on bonus $6,000 12 hours shifts work every 3rd weekend 8 hours shifts overtime paid after 8 hours daily Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Schedules Opportunities for Growth Work with the best residents and staff in the state! The New Glarus Home opened in 1966 as a nonprofit, federal and state licensed, 87 bed skilled nursing facility. We are looking to add an individual to our team that has strong communication skills, has the strong capacity for caring, empathy, as well as patient and detail oriented. The primary purpose of the LPN is to oversee care for all residents in accordance with all current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
