AGRILAND FS is looking for a sale driven and organized Seed Sales Manager. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will be accountable for consistent, profitable seed sales growth and market share growth by leading, and guiding the AGRILAND FS sales force and support team. Core responsibilities: Responsible for profitable seed and trait sales growth Conduct sales calls and targeted grower meetings with Crop Specialists Develop and train Crop Specialists on seed selling technique and product information Develop, implement and guide seed marketing activities throughout the year that focuses on customer retention and expanding the number of seed customers Advise with product placement for each location with Procurement Manager and supply administration personnel What we need from you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5-7 years' sales experience Knowledge of seed, fertilizer and crop protection products Knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategies, and supply forecasts Sales leadership and closing techniques Professional communication skills with time management and organizational skills Ability to be self-directed, make decisions, and work in a team-oriented environment Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
