Mechanical Engineering Intern As our Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will get a great start to your career in Engineering and get a closer look at the day-to-day functions. Our Mechanical Engineer Intern will help our engineering staff and project/program manager on various levels. If you are motivated and eager to learn, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. What you will be doing: As our Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will report directly to an Engineering Manager. This position will help the engineer team and project/program managers on various levels including programming, creating prototypes, cycling, and testing parts, documentation (ISP, MWI, DWG, etc.) and data collection, creating solid models, documenting and storage of sample parts/fixtures, developing of testing schemes, fixtures, and devices, Preferred Skills Our ideal candidate is a Sophomore to Junior level student in a relevant Engineering program working towards a career path in Engineering. This person must be able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week for at least 1 full year. Experience with Solid Works preferred.
