Join Community Services Group (CSG) , a Certified B Corporation, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for our Adult Mental Health Residential Programs in Highspire and Steelton, PA and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring Immediately for this position. This position offers: $21.00/hr. PRN (Flexible) - May include Weekday, Weeknight, Weekend, & Holiday hours. A great opportunity to pick up extra hours around your full or part-time nursing position. As a LPN or RN , you will provide care and treatment to individuals with a mental health (MH) diagnosis, which may include physical health issues/injuries and difficulty meeting their daily living activities at a Community Service Group (CSG) location. You will also: Take vital signs at admission on all clients and PRN thereafter. Enter medications into EHR for all admissions. Assist with medication refills. Assist with bloodwork/transport to lab/make sure to know if they need to be NPO. Assist individuals with connecting to medical and mental health providers. Schedule provider appointment. Accompany individuals to medical, mental health, and lab appointments as needed. Create, organize and run wellness groups. Work in a team environment to provide services. Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment. Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion. Qualifications: Have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience with mental health or dual diagnosis (MH/SA) preferred but not required. Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings. Ability to obtain clearances. Become a valued member of the CSG Team.
