We offer competitive compensation commiserate with experience and licensure level. The Role PRN Registered Nurses at The River Source are the backbone to our patient's medical care. RNs evaluate our new and existing patients, administer medications, discuss care plans with patients, collaborate with other departments and members of our team, and offer their knowledge and guidance to our patients and team. Responsibilities Evaluate clients upon admission and provide continued monitoring and treatment during their time at The River Source. Complete detox assessments when appropriate Evaluate clients for Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome Assure that dietary needs are met by communicating with Kitchen Staff Administers medications to all clients as ordered and monitor detoxification process. Transcribes Physician's Orders and Implement all Medical Protocols as ordered When appropriate discuss medical progress with client's family and/or other staff members to ensure continuation of care Complete IV Nutrient Therapy on patients What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred) or Associate's degree in Nursing Current and in good standing AZ Registered Nurse license Must be at least 21 years of age; Must be able to pass e-verify and background check; Skills Engaging communication skills. A desire to build rapport and establish professional and therapeutic relationships. An attraction to a dynamic work environment. A hunger to grow and learn personally and professionally.
