YOUR LIFE AS A CABANA FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR This full-time restaurant management position in food service works a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays . As a Cabana Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing a team of hospitality workers and ensuring that our members are receiving first-class beverage and food service at our pool. Each day, you assign sections and side work to your employees as well as follow up at the end of each shift to ensure that all tasks were completed. By providing education and training, you give your staff opportunities to continuously improve their skills and learn about our country club policies. In addition, you work hard to achieve our sales goals and keep track of inventory to ensure our supplies are well-stocked. Whenever guests come to you with comments or complaints, you report them to other management personnel in a timely manner and help come up with prompt resolutions. You attend and participate in all staff meetings and training to stay up to date on club procedures and changes in your job.
