A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST / DISPATCHER As a Receptionist / Dispatcher, you help us meet the HVAC needs of our clients by greeting them, answering calls, and scheduling. You also dispatch service calls, promptly sending technicians to help our clients. With your customer service skills, you ensure that customers have a great experience working with us and that all their concerns or questions get handled. Along with your customer service duties, you also help us manage day-to-day office operations such as processing invoices, billing, and data. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEPTIONIST / DISPATCHER 5+ years in the construction call center industry Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Strong typing and phone skills Are you perceptive and self-motivated?
