ABOUT THE JOB Our entry-level Appointment Setter could work either part-time or full-time. We're looking for 30 to 40 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM . As an Appointment Setter, you are the crucial link between our potential customers and all the services we can offer them. Each day, you call leads on the phone and introduce yourself and the company, greeting everyone with a warm and professional attitude. You ask them questions in order to understand their business needs and determine whether they qualify for our program. Once you've decided that a potential client qualifies, you help them set up an appointment to meet with one of our sales representatives to seal the deal. Before the conversation ends, you give them the opportunity to ask any additional questions. Your satisfaction comes from meeting lots of new people and connecting them to services that will help their businesses thrive! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER Proficiency with office computer software Professional phone skills Are you extremely organized? Do you pay attention to detail?
