Description:

NuCara Home Medical, one of Iowa's leading providers of respiratory and home medical equipment, is seeking a full-time Clinical Customer Service Representative for our Ottumwa, IA location. Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience with home medical or respiratory equipment is a plus. This position does require an active Iowa Respiratory Therapist, RN, or LPN license. Responsibilities include in person customer service, set up and ongoing care for our CPAP/Bi-PAP, NIV, and home oxygen patients as well as answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store, communication with healthcare professionals and insurance billing. Drug test, driving history, and criminal background check required. This position does require the ability to participate in an on-call rotation, with some evening and weekend hours required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour depending on experience Competitive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, 401k match, and PTO.
