NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) Mountain Vista Senior Living, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate House Supervisor Nurse Manager (RN) to join our nursing leadership team. As a Nurse Manager (RN) at Mountain Vista you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in all areas of the facility during assigned shifts. You will provide oversight to all areas of our facility during your shifts, working closely with our floor nursing team to manage care needs for residents. Pay starts at $78000/year based on experience Offering a sign-on bonus of $2,500 This is a full-time exempt position Includes rotating on-call responsibilities LIGHT RAIL FRIENDLY: TAKE THE G LINE TO WARD ROAD EXIT Share your passion for working with residents and a top-notch nursing team and join us at Mountain Vista!
