The Job at a Glance The Virtual Operations Analyst serves as an integral partner by interpreting data, reporting KPIs and providing business analysis and recommendations across the virtual channel to improve performance, increase service levels and create new operational standards. The majority of new member growth and loans come via the virtual channel and this position will lead the way to operationalize this channel and help achieve industry leading benchmarks. We are looking for someone who loves data, analytics and interpreting data to help improve performance. This person will work closely analyzing member servicing, member retention, member growth, product growth and lead management across the entire virtual delivery channel (sales, service, outbound, account and marketing teams). We are looking for someone that is exceptional with analytics, raw data, reporting and business acumen. A Typical Day Monitor and analyze the performance of our systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Own all virtual reporting and recommend new solutions to improve performance, operations and all key virtual metrics Support various leaders within CU1's virtual channel, including Member Solutions, Virtual Sales (inbound and outbound) Marketing, Product Performance, Member Experience, and overall Member Servicing teams Setup and own baseline reporting across multiple digital / virtual initiatives including engagement, retention and growth while working closely with IT, Branch and Operations teams Analyze available data sources to provide operational insights, actionable reporting, and key metrics to drive results and improve performance in all fundamental areas Reporting Ownership Consists of but not limited to: Call center metrics Virtual Sales metrics New member growth Product growth Member segmentation Lead scoring and virtual funnels Solutions Center (Call Center) and Virtual Sales Responsibilities to include: Provide operational system admin support. Have a thorough understanding of the Credit Union's strategic initiatives and align the call center to achieve those initiatives. Develop, implement, and communicate strategic direction and goals for the call center which support the overall strategic direction and goals of the Credit Union Monitor, analyze, and create call center metrics to determine call center performance towards strategic initiatives. Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and virtual workflow to ensure coverage to exceed member expectations and accomplish operational duties. Remains cognizant of and adheres to Credit Union 1 policies and procedures, industry norms, and banking. Promote positive working relationships while working with other departments to provide service that exceeds member expectations and consistency in processes for the membership and staff. Recommend product and process improvements that improve service to the members; protect the Credit Union's assets and increase productivity and operational efficiencies. Take on a leadership role within the Credit Union by participating and contributing as a member of the Credit Union. This includes representing the Credit Union in the community and in a volunteer capacity Support and represent Credit Union 1's Core Values of BE Great. BE Engaged. BE Open. BE Nice. Participate in the Credit Union's business development activities. Represent the Credit Union in industry and professional associations, community organizations, local business groups, etc. Perform other duties and assist other employees, as assigned. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Math, Statistics, Business, or other related field. Minimum 2 years of business analysis, systems analysis, or quality assurance experience for multiple applications or projects. Experience 2+ years of marketing analytics/digital analytics or related field Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus Experience at learning new software, data sets and modeling Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and systems admin in comparable platforms (CRM, Contact Center, Loan Origination, Credit Servicing Systems) would be a plus Experience with Microsoft BI, vLookups, Concatenate, SumIFS, Graphs, Charts, Pivot Tables, and more in Microsoft Excel Financial industry experience is preferred. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to effectively communicate to vendors, development teams, senior leaders and board members, peers, and supporting staff Ability to anticipate questions and provide deeper insights than what was specifically asked Capable of undertaking tasks broad in nature, requiring ingenuity and originality Ability to operate independently and exercise significant latitude for independent judgement, discretion, and action.
