As a Certified Personal Trainer you will be the ultimate provider of fitness, results, and an exceptional member experience. The Personal Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing customized training programs in order to assist members in achieving their fitness goals. Trainers motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress. Trainers will take a proactive approach to client retention by developing solid relationships and serving each member beyond their expectations. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly, personable, energetic, and demonstrate personal integrity. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism, positive energy, a drive for results, attentiveness, healthy living, and team orientation. Must work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Must be available for flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Pre-employment drug test and level 2 background clearance required. Candidates must be knowledgeable with current fitness trends, exercise program design and safety practices. Must currently hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (ex. ACSM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) upon hire. Must work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Requires CPR/AED, First Aid and Healthy Lifestyles Principles in first 90 days of employment.
