Jefferson Healthcare ( www.jeffersonhealthcare.org ) is seeking a full-time Home Health and Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our fully accredited Home Health & Hospice program . This position provides direct personal care in a patient's home according to the specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager and promotes patient comfort and dignity. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care in the comfort of our patient's homes.
